The bike is awesome (especially considering the price).
I missed some important information in the manual, like the default engine setup (this should definitely be added to the manual). However, I got my answers quickly with their customer service.
The bike pedals nicely, the engine’s reaction is strong.
It took +- 8 days to arrive and the bike is easily assembled by you (all necessary accessories come with the bike).
Overall, it was a great choice/deal.

Just received our bikes! Packaging was great, and fully protected the bikes for transit. The bikes are very sturdy, and appear very well made.
I would however like some assurances on the batteries. How to store them, on or off the bike! Are they safe to transport off the bikes, inside a campervan? Do they have fully certified safety certificates? There is so much being reported by the media at the moment regarding fires with the batteries, which worries me. Any answers to these questions would be appreciated (for my piece of mind 🙈)
